BIO:

Born in NYC, Doc's musical path began as a young kid in high school after experiencing the excitement of playing live on a local radio show freshman year! The hook had been planted!

Deciding to take music seriously, Doc found himself at Berklee College of Music in Boston. But the desire to find a more personal teacher/student relationship took him to Philadelphia and the esteemed Sandole Studios, where 3 years of intensive study ensued.

Countless gigs with jazz, blues, rock n roll, and country bands, plus the combination of twenty years  absorbing the musical culture of New Orleans, eventually sculpted the soulful style and thoughtful phrasing that Doc now greets his audiences with as a solo performer.
