In 2024, following numerous changes to the original Burgundy Brothers Band, the current group of impressive musicians coalesced.

Myself, Doc on guitar, Dave Prez on bass, Dan Marsalone on keys, Eddie Gray on drums, and our newest man, Stitch on sax.

The “soul jazz” music we play is a groove-oriented, funky style that makes you want to hear, see, and feel more,

and when we’re cookin’ - look out – the good times are startin' to roll!!

Ten years ago, in the Marigny section of New Orleans, a jam was in session, echoing down Burgundy St.

With Rian Thum on Hammond organ/keys, and myself on guitar, a tradition of playing music we loved evolved: soulful, bluesy tunes -  the good stuff!

When Charlie Yeadon, on trumpet, finally joined a couple of years later, the style of the band became refined and defined!
